LookAt Limited does not accept any liability, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage which may directly or indirectly result from any advice, opinion, information, representation or omission whether negligent or otherwise, contained on this site. LookAt Limited reserves the right to make changes to the content on this site at any time and without notice.
2. Intellectual Property
LookAt Limited owns all copyright and other intellectual property contained within this site.
3. Jurisdiction
This website is governed by, and is to be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of New Zealand.
4. Changes to this Agreement
LookAt reserves the right to alter, modify or update these terms of use at any time.
5. Prices
All prices are exclusive of GST. Prices displayed on this site are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice.
6. Title and Risk
Title to the goods purchased on this site does not pass from LookAt to you until we have received payment in full for the goods. All risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address.
7. Payments
Payments must be made by either direct debit or credit card. Our website accepts payments using Visa or MasterCard, credit cards. Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If you choose to pay by direct debit you will be required to sign our standard direct debit form. You must not terminate your direct debit authority without our consent. You must ensure that there are always funds available in your account to pay us. We may, at our discretion, accept payment by other methods.
8. Guarantees
All LookAt products are guaranteed. If you receive a faulty product we will replace or repair the items. In line with the Fair Trading Act, a refund may be obtained when proof of purchase is provided if a product is defective or unfit for purpose.
9. Privacy and Authorisation
Apart from publicly available information, all business dealings between us shall remain private and confidential. Your login and password must be kept confidential to your business, as you agree to be responsible for payment of all orders placed by anyone who uses your login and password. Please contact us if you wish to change your Login or Password.
By using or accessing this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, and agree to receive specials, promotions and messages by email or sms. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use this site.
10. Competitions, Prize Draws
a. Entries are to be received by 5.00 pm on Tuesday the 16th October when the Business Xpo closes
b. The winner will be randomly drawn from the pool of entries, and notified via email
c. No person can enter more that once.
d. All decisions by the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into
e. The prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
f. By entering you accept that your entry becomes the property of LookAt, who may publicise the winner in any medium and in any reasonable manner they see fit.
