How are we so cheap?

Simple.

We like the idea of saving you, the customer, money. To do this we have cut costs where ever we can. The power to our server is by way of hamster wheels, development is done by our lovely pensioner Galdice (The government pays her so we don’t have to) and we negotiate really hard with our suppliers to get the lowest prices we can for our customers.

We believe so strongly in bringing you cheap prices for your stationery we even sell some products with no margin. Sure this pisses off our competition with their fancy marketing teams, P & L reports and mega yachts, however we are simple folk at LookAt. (We even gave out free Brother labellers last year – Just because we could!!)

We also have FREE delivery on our “Stationery / Office Supplies” on orders of $100 and over*! Spend less than $100 and a small courier charge of $9.90 will apply. Goods are paid for when ordering either by using a credit card or authorizing a direct debit (click here to download the direct debit form). Credit card payments are secured using 128 bit SSL technology encryption.

All our product pricing is ex GST.

We also have a 'no returns' policy, unless of course the item is damaged or faulty when you received it. Why? Because for some reason people like ordering stuff they don’t need, then feel guilty (or the boss catches them) and they return it. This costs us money and therefore costs all the great customers.
